Multimedia and Development Coordinator

The Multimedia and Development Coordinator (M&DC) reports directly to the Chief Advancement Officer and plays a key role in elevating Unity House’s reputation as an employer of choice and a nonprofit worthy of support. The M&DC is responsible for all aspects of Unity House’s social media presence, with a goal of engaging and growing the organization’s audiences. With support from other members of the Mission Advancement Team, the M&DC gathers stories about mission-driven work and shares them with internal and external audiences via the organization’s website, email, social media, and print using video, photos, text and graphic elements. The M&DC manages Unity House’s donor database and supports the Mission Advancement Team in coordinating other efforts to engage supporters and raise money. That work includes fostering the organization’s relationship with donors, organizing fundraising events and coordinating the production of publications.
