Octane Social House ribbon cutting

We celebrated the opening of Chamber-Member business Octane Social House today with Owners Robert and Joni Otterstatter! This truly unique eatery is located in the heart of downtown Auburn in the restored “Nolan Block” on Genesee Street.  Rob and Joni have patiently and lovingly curated items from Auburn’s past. Many photographs, postcards, and memorabilia are on display, and there’s even a working carousel that was housed in the former Nolan’s store in the back dining area. Rob also gave us a tour of the basement floor, much of which is not yet open to the public. The downstairs area houses the restaurant’s kitchen, a bookstore, seating area, vinyl room, and future outdoor seating area.  Read more about Octane Social House in a recent article in The Citizen.
