Cayuga County Habitat for Humanity provides the opportunity for qualified homebuyers to purchase a home with an affordable mortgage. Potential homebuyers qualify by demonstrating their need for a Habitat house and their ability to pay for it,and their willingness to accomplish their sweat equity hours and other requirements, like completing a financial education program.
