Introduction to Holistic Living
Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES Regional Education Center 1879 West Genesee Street Road, AuburnYoga is a lifestyle science. Ayurveda is the ancient science of nutrition. In this course we will look at ancient technology that encompasses the mind, body, spirit connection. We will address diet and exercise, the benefits of meditation, and themes of gratitude and joy as a means of personal wellbeing. When we feel good, we are better able to show up in the world for ourselves and others.
