Yoga is a lifestyle science. Ayurveda is the ancient science of nutrition. In this course we will look at ancient technology that encompasses the mind, body, spirit connection. We will address diet and exercise, the benefits of meditation, and themes of gratitude and joy as a means of personal wellbeing. When we feel good, we are better able to show up in the world for ourselves and others.

This course provides fundamental information which all snowmobilers should possess in order to ensure the safety of riders and other trail users.
