Ribbon Cutting: SHM Barn & Carriage House

Join the Seward House Museum in celebrating the completion of the Barn and Carriage House Rehabilitation Project! Designed by William Henry Seward’s son Frederick and constructed in 1860, the stone barn and carriage house are integral to the stories shared by the Museum. Now, these buildings can serve as a gathering place for events and groups, a new exhibit for William Seward’s carriage, and additional staff offices. This event is open to the public and light refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you there!
