O Cara Mia: A Musical Legacy Honoring Rebecca Carr

The Seward House Museum proudly presents O Cara Mia, a new annual music series created in memory of Rebecca Carr-a gifted soprano, jewelry designer, and cherished member of the Central New York arts community. A native of Auburn, Rebecca’s fearless stage presence, luminous voice, and joyful spirit touched audiences across the U.S. and Europe.

To honor her legacy, the inaugural concert will feature soprano Kara Goodrich, one of Rebecca’s former students and a rising star of the opera world, accompanied by acclaimed pianist Richard Raub. The event will be held in the Seward House Museum’s drawing room.

Tickets are $40. Reservations are required, as this event will be limited to 30 guests. Tickets include a champagne toast.
