Gwen observes when women lead with confidence, competence, courage and calm their behavior is often experienced as “Diva” behavior versus being skilled and effective women leaders. This happens because it remains true that it is unexpected for women to ascend to management and executive leadership positions. Gwen believes the way to counter and thrive through this common dynamic is for women to develop the philosophies, skills and behaviors of effective women leaders.  Women are being Divas, they are being they are leading skillfully in and on a self-defined purpose.
