Get Movin’ At The Mall!

Join our Y instructors at the Fingerlakes Mall and keep Moving this winter.

We will offer free to the public, exercise “stations” throughout the mall to enhance your walk.

We will also offer monthly mini-classes with our certified instructors. These classes will help balance, flexibility, and daily living activities. Call the Auburn YMCA for any questions.
