Community Health Screening

Join us for a no-cost Community Health Screening from 11 am to 2 pm at Booker T. Washington Community Center. Participants will receive a personalized health record with screening results for diabetes (A1c), weight, height, BMI and renal health. Health promotional items, raffles and lunch onsite for participants. Raffles to be drawn at the Black Men’s Health Panel June 10 at Auburn Public Theater (must be present to win).
