We share a passion to serve others by using our God given talents. Baking has been a passion for me since as far back as I can remember. Larry and our daughter required a gluten free diet, so I had to think quick on my feet and pivot my baking skills to learn how to make my kitchen gluten free. Not an easy task for someone whose Italian roots used gluten flour for absolutely everything. Over the last ten plus years, I have learned a lot about gluten free baking.
Larry built a small kitchen for me and in 2023 our dream became a reality Three years later, in 2026, we have been blessed with the opportunity to open a bakery. Together, we share our space with you so you can enjoy delicious gluten free products made with love and a commitment to quality. Whether you’re gluten-free by necessity or by choice, we believe everyone deserves a treat worth celebrating.
