Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be at the forefront of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, pool repairs and maintenance, water features and hardscape installation. Your hands-on work will help transform outdoor environments, ensuring they are safe, attractive, and thriving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction and landscape management while contributing to community beautification efforts.

Pay is commensurate with experience. If you have your own pickup truck and the ability to demonstrate that you have a high level of work ethic, an eye for detail and can be responsible for others, there is potential to be upgraded to a crew leader position with a pay increase. We are a small but rapidly growing company and there is a lot of potential for growth. We need the right people to help us lead teams and projects and our success gets paid forward to our employees. There is potential for winter snow removal work for the right candidate as well.

Duties
Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes
Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery upkeep
Assist with pool liner replacements and other pool
Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing water or hardscape features
Support the restoration and installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
Conduct routine landscape maintenance to ensure gardens and green spaces remain attractive and healthy

Requirements
Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred
Knowledge of water management, tree care techniques, and horticulture principles is advantageous
Strong work ethic, attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols in all tasks performed
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary
Prior experience with landscaping projects or construction is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
