This packet must be printed out and filled out in its entirety. Originals must then be mailed to our office and received by 4 pm on Thursday, June 23, 2022. (Mail or deliver to: Auctions International, 11167 Big Tree Rd, East Aurora, NY 14052)
NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A PACKET. Even if you have participated in a prior tax foreclosed real estate auction, you MUST submit a NEW packet for each auction. If we do not receive all of your materials by Thursday, June 23rd, you will not be permitted to participate in this sale.
(PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FILLED OUT CORRECTLY. IF YOUR PACKET IS INCOMPLETE OR MISSING ANYTHING, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SALE)
