About:

Under New York State guidelines, every public and private employer is required to adopt a sexual harassment prevention program which includes annual sexual harassment training, sexual harassment policies, and specific procedures that meet or exceed the requirements outlined in a model notice provided by the NYS Department of Labor and the Division of Human Rights.

We know the cost of this can be a deterrent for smaller organizations so the Finger Lakes Grant Information Center (FLGIC) will hold these session throughout the year for non-profit board members.

**If more than 10 members of your organization need this training, there may be a more cost-effective option for you! Contact us here for more information.

Pinnacle Human Resources Consulting, LLC. has developed a training program that adheres to the NY State guidelines to ensure that all employees and supervisors receive compliant training by applying examples to real-life scenarios, as well as utilizing learnings into their daily work-life.

This event will be held online.

Outcomes:

Each participant will meet their annual requirement for the sexual harassment training (Individual Contributor or Supervisory).  Participants will be e-mailed a certificate of completion upon completion of the training.

Intended Audience:

Nonprofits Board Members

Small businesses with only a few employees
