Float peacefully on the tranquil waters of Emerson Park as you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other sacred instruments. Supported by your own float, you’ll experience the sensation of weightlessness while the sounds gently guide your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.

 

As the natural sounds of the lake blend with therapeutic frequencies, you’ll be invited to slow down, release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a returning participant, this experience offers a beautiful opportunity to relax, recharge, and restore your inner balance in the peaceful beauty of nature.

A 60–75 minute guided floating sound healing journey

Important Information

 

Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting onto the water.

 

This event takes place in the designated swimming area at Emerson Park, Auburn, NY.

Pavillion side. (Park line you were going to the Merry go Round play)

Bring your own float.

 

Space is limited to ensure a peaceful and intimate experience.

 

Serenity Wellness Sound Healing Punch Cards are not valid for Float & Flow events.

 

The 3 Sessions for $111 Summer Pass is valid for one person only, is non-transferable, and may only be used for the 2026 Float & Flow Summer Series.

 

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, participants will be notified of any postponement or rescheduling.
