Rental Associate – Full Time

We are looking to hire a dedicated, reliable Full-Time Rental Associate to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player. We are a locally-owned and operated business that’s been in the community for close to 30yrs!

Knowledge is power and experience is valuable for AllStorage to strive to be the BEST and MOST professional customer service and help guide our customers with every aspect of storage!

Responsibilities:

– Develop excellent customer relationships by identifying the storage needs of standard or climate-controlled, exterior spaces and providing them with solutions

– Maintaining Leads and callbacks

– Improve sales objectives with prospective customers through unit rentals & insurance of rentals •reaching monthly quotas

– Guide your new customers through rental processes and agreements and other forms to filled out –

– Maintaining facilities cleanliness standards by cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, picking up)- walk-through of inventory units.

– Perform independently on a day-to-day basis with a focus on the teamwork of open/close accounts, payments, delinquent callbacks.

– Managing and updating Social Media accounts

– Marketing Content

– Website updates

– May be required to travel to local retail locations and run errands for the facility

Qualifications:

– Basic Computer/Data Skills

– Maintain a positive outgoing attitude

– Focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

– Multi- Task

– Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation

– HS Diploma or GE Equivalent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are by appointment only and we can complete all by phone and email. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly and employees are stationed more than 6ft apart.
