Maintenance/Janitorial

This is a part time position with opportunity for advancement to full time based on performance. The candidate must be reliable and flexible. Must be able to work as part of a team and work any time including evenings and weekends. The position requires skill sets in minor building and general maintenance. These skills include, but are not limited to: floor, wall and ceiling repair, painting, lighting, plumbing, mechanical and equipment repair. This job requires that you are able to respond to weather related circumstances which might require removal of snow and debris. The responsibilities also include daily janitorial duties including, but not limited to: floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, emptying trash, assisting Marketing and other departments with events or other assignments, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

*Must be customer service oriented.

*Must have the ability to work without direct supervision at all times.

*Requires constant physical efforts which include the ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 pounds.

*Exposure to a variety of indoor and outdoor elements.
