Bartender:  Drifters’ bartenders engage our customers throughout the day and into the night.  Our bar includes a full list of draft/craft beers, common cocktails, house cocktails as well as wine and bottled and canned beer selections. Bar employees are responsible for set up and break down of the bar, mixing drinks, food ordering and delivery.  In times of high traffic, bar backs may be used as well.

Server: Servers are responsible for the customer experience with all things food and drink.  Our customer friendly experience depends heavily on our servers to greet and meet the needs of our hungry guests.  Our menu includes snacks, sandwiches, burgers as well as entrees and a full bar.  Servers will know, understand and explain our menus, take and place orders and deliver food.  Our team works together each shift to complete side work. Experience preferred, but will train.

Host: The host is the first person our customers meet.  A welcoming and friendly attitude is a must.  Hosts will use our seating chart and reservation system to seat parties and notify our servers of their new guests.

Line/Prep Cook:  Line cooks work as a team to fulfill guest orders in a fast paced, high energy kitchen.  Duties include stocking stations, reading and understanding orders, prepping food items, set up and break down of the kitchen.  Prep cooks will primarily work on completing a predetermined list of work each shift, but may have additional duties as needed.  Must be at least 16 years old.  Strong communication skills and ability to work in high volume environment a must. Experience preferred, but will train.

Sous Chef:  We are looking for a kitchen assistant to take on a management role along side our head chef.  This position will be a full time, year round, salaried position with full benefits available.  The perfect candidate will have a strong understanding of each station behind the line, knowledge of inventory management, daily reports, ability to supervise shifts and employees, interact with purveyors, and assist with management duties.  Night and weekend availability a must.
