CCHN Fiscal Coordinator (part-time)

This position is a part-time (15-19 hours per week) position.  This position works independently with moderate initiative and discretion to manage and coordinate the daily financial functions of the Network.  The Fiscal Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with constructing complex financial statements and reports in order to track trends, monitor, and verify all accounts assigned.  This position is also responsible for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable finance functions, processing of payroll bi-weekly.  reviewing fiscal records, banking activities, assisting with creating budgets, creating and processing vouchers, ensuring the agency is meeting standard accounting practices, assisting the bookkeeper, making fiscal recommendations, assisting with annual audit.  This position reports to the Executive Director.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in budget preparation and management, accounts receivable/payable tracking, expense/revenue tracking, cash flow tracking, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, financial statement preparation, and previous accounting (non-profit preferred) experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associates Degree considered with experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and practices.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, and  SharePoint
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate, error-free financial and statistical records.
  • Ability to ensure confidentially of information relating to financial and sensitive personnel matters at all times.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, integrity, sound professional judgment, tact, and maturity to effectively relate to people in order to accomplish the Network’s goals.
  • Ability to work in a Team environment and Independently

  • Have a clean driving record
  • Lift at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to Legally work in USA
