August 2, 2010 - Parker's Golf Tournament to Benefit Cayuga Home for Children
Location: Silver Creek Golf Course, Waterloo 10:00a.m.
Area golfers are encouraged to form a team
and register for the 9th Annual Parker's
Grille Golf Tournament to benefit Cayuga Home
for Children. The shotgun start begins at
10:00a.m. Monday, August 2 at the Silver
Creek Golf Course in Waterloo. The $300 price
per team includes the round of golf for the
foursome, two golf carts per team, lunch on
the course, unlimited beverages, and a steak
dinner. Extras include skins game, raffles,
and prizes. In previous years, proceeds from
the tournament have been used to install a
low elements challenge course at Cayuga
Home's residential treatment center campus.

August 2, 2010 - 13th Annual Golf Tournament
Location: Highland Park Golf Club 11:00
Seneca Cayuga ARC’s 13th Annual Golf
Tournament will be held on Monday, August
2nd at Highland Golf Club in Auburn
(Shotgun start at 11:00 am).
There are sponsorships available
from $25 (ads in the booklet) to $550
(special events), which includes a package
for two golfers.
A hole-in-one contest for a new car
will be sponsored by the Maguire Family
Dealership of Ithaca. The cost for a
single golf package is $85.00 and includes
cart, greens fee, lunch and dinner, photos,
gift bag, door prizes, and other on-course
refreshments and contests. Pro shop dollars
awarded to top 4 scratch and top 4 handicap
teams. Deadline to register as a golfer
is July 26th.
All proceeds will benefit Camp
Columbus, the agency’s summer day camp for
children and adults with developmental
disabilities. Located on Owasco Lake, Camp
Columbus provides recreation, water
activities, sports, theater, and other day
camp activities for over 120 people each
year.
